Otto e Mezzo Bambana

Chef Bombana’s culinary empire further extended to Asia: opening restaurants in Shanghai, Beijing, Macau and Hong Kong, which is the first three Michelin-starred Italian restaurant outside of Italy. Together with him, we developed a range of shapes and patterns for some of his signature dishes. The special knobs with his logo are also widely used in his restaurants in Asia to emphasise his brand.  Otto e Mezzo Bambana.
