Chef Bombana’s culinary empire further extended to Asia: opening restaurants in Shanghai, Beijing, Macau and Hong Kong, which is the first three Michelin-starred Italian restaurant outside of Italy. Together with him, we developed a range of shapes and patterns for some of his signature dishes.
